I thought this would be really useful for some of my projects as 3 way linking seems to be the way to go at the moment. However I would reccommend staying away from Jonathan Ledger's 3waylinks.net, simply from a customer support point of view, of which, there was none. I signed up for the $7 first month deal and set my paypal account to recurring for the $47 a month fee after the first month.

But, when I went to setup my account I discovered that it was only gonna work if my site supported php, which it didn't. Ok I thought, maybe they have an option for asp, or maybe there is something I can do, so I mailed for support.

The support system is a strange "take a ticket" deal which works from 1am to 8am or some odd hours that I can't quite remember because.. as they explain the support is not in the US. Ok fine, so I waited, and waited and waited, I checked in every so often to see if my ticket was answered, but nothing, not even an acknowledgment mail that I had raised an issue. Now this system of support is called the "Maian - Live support system", but they sure seemed pretty dead to me. 3 days and still no reply, bearing in mind I'm paying and I haven't even got started nor have I got any indication that Jonathan Ledger gives a rats or has the decency to at least reply when a customer can't even get started. So I logged into Paypal and did what any sane person would, I cancelled the recurring payment.

About an hour after that I logged into the members area to see if they had noticed and woah!! I couldn't get in, apparently I didn't exist as a user. So something works well there as soon as the money is stopped. Strange thing is is though, they don't seem to care about losing an individual customer right at the very begining through bad careless support, not the kind of people I want to do business with... thanks.

So I'm still looking for a 3 way linking supplier but one who want a good customer relationship, which makes a good business realtionship.
